What's New                     

> Susie Rasmussen will be sending us a schedule of new classes for 2008.  We will send out an email announcement when we have the schedule or please check the class schedule page.  If you're not already on the email list, sign up for it at the bottom of the class schedule page.

> We now sell large packages of cake mix and pudding mix.  The cake mix comes in white and devil's food (the yellow has been discontinued) and will make enough batter for a full sheet cake.  The best part --  JUST ADD WATER!  We tried the devil's food variety in cakes and cupcakes, and we (and our neighbors) were very pleased with the taste and texture. It's good stuff, moist and tender.   No oil or eggs required!  

> New Wilton pans are in!   There's a new daisy pan, an awareness ribbon pan, a pineapple pan, a NASCAR pan, a Superman pan, and more.  

> We now stock bake-able paper molds for cupcake and loaves.  The cupcake-size molds look like mini pannetone molds and can be used for cakes, muffins, or breads.  The loaf molds are the perfect size for holiday gifts.  

>  We have Texas-shaped baking pans.
